Why I Write
A world of possibility
For me, writing always begins with curiosity, observation, and a willingness to leap into the unknown. I write to figure out what I want to say (not the other way around), to dive deep into an obsession, to see the world for its possibility.
What I write

I mostly write fiction, but will occasionally dip into non-fiction via blog posts, book reviews, and personal essays. I’m currently working on a novel, and am actively submitting short stories to literary magazines. Any future publication credits will be listed here, but for now, feel free to browse the articles I’ve written for Brazos Bookstore.
